• Our product range includes bridesmaid dresses, formal dresses, wedding guest dresses, bridal dresses, prom dresses, mother‑of‑the‑bride (MOB) dresses, and accessories.
• MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) applies only to bridal, prom, MOB dresses, and accessories. Bridesmaid, formal, and wedding guest dresses are available with no MOQ.
• Retail services are available in Australia, Canada, and the USA since December 2025.
• All items purchased via our website are Made to Order. As such, all sales are considered final sale and are non‑returnable/non‑exchangeable, except where required by applicable law. Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made through our website. This policy applies to all product categories unless required by applicable law. If a product is defective or does not match the description provided, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
