Because each Doremi Collection® piece is a custom creation specifically crafted for you, all purchases made through our website are considered final sale.

• • Non-Returnable: We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” style preference shifts, or event cancellations.
• • Non-Exchangeable: Items cannot be exchanged for different styles, colors, or sizes once production has commenced.

2. Quality Assurance & Exceptions

We comply with international consumer protection standards. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or does not match your ordered specifications:

• Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt.
• Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect.
• Our quality control team will review your claim and work with you on a resolution (repair, replacement, or partial refund if applicable).

3. Sizing & Customer Responsibility

To ensure a perfect fit, we strongly encourage all clients to perform a thorough review of our Measurement Guide prior to purchase.

• Customer Responsibility: Doremi Collection® is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.

• Professional Alterations: Minor alterations are common for high-end formal wear to achieve a bespoke fit; these are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

To provide you with the fastest possible service, our artisans in the Chaozhou Atelier begin the procurement of specialized fabrics and tailoring almost immediately.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of order placement. Once this window has passed, the order enters the production phase and cannot be canceled or refunded.
