These Terms of Service govern your use of the Doremi Collection® website and online store. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Doremi Collection® is operated by Shen Zhen Qiding Trading Co., Ltd., with regional operational presence in Singapore.

1. Use of Website

• • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or placing orders.
• • Site Integrity: You may not misuse our site, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe on the intellectual property of our designs.
• • Account Safety: Submissions found to contain false or misleading information may result in the suspension of services.

2. Products & Orders

Our collection specializes in Bridesmaid Dresses, Formal Gowns, Wedding Guest Dresses, Bridal Dresses, Prom Dresses, and Mother‑of‑the‑Bride (MOB) Dresses.

• • MOQ Policy: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies only to Bridal, Prom, MOB dresses, and Accessories. Bridesmaid, Formal, and Wedding Guest dresses are available with No MOQ.
• • Made-to-Order: All items are crafted specifically for your order. Consequently, all sales are Final Sale and are non‑returnable/non‑exchangeable.
• • Service Regions: Direct retail services are available for Australia, Canada, and the USA since December 2025.

3. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products. If a product is defective or does not match your order details, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, gown designs, and logos, is the exclusive property of Doremi Collection®. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with international trade practices applied. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, China.
